WHC Lab Shipping Policy
At WHC Lab, we understand the importance of receiving your yeast and fermentation products promptly and in optimal condition. We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver orders within 48 hours of dispatch where possible. However, all delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. In particular, pallet deliveries may require additional transit time due to geographical location, carrier routing, and handling requirements.
Delivery may also be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier delays
- Warehouse location
- Geographical location
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transport disruptions
- Force majeure events
WHC Lab shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or any circumstances outside our control.
Important – Do Not Brew Before Delivery
Customers are strongly advised not to commence brewing until their products have arrived on site and have been inspected upon receipt. While we strive to achieve our delivery targets, unforeseen delays can occur. WHC Lab accepts no responsibility for losses, production interruptions, missed brew schedules, or consequential damages resulting from customers commencing brewing operations before their order has been received.
Shipping Holds and Payment Requirements
WHC Lab reserves the right to delay or withhold shipment of any order where:
- Payment has not been received;
- The customer has overdue invoices;
- The customer has exceeded their approved credit limit; or
- Additional payment verification is required.
Orders will be released once payment has been received and verified.
WHC Lab shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or damages arising from orders being withheld due to outstanding balances or credit-related issues.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
- Customers should inspect all deliveries upon receipt.
- Any claims relating to damaged goods, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to WHC Lab within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.
