    Just brewed a classic 60/40 Hefeweizen using the Banana Split dry yeast from WHC LAB – and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I fermented at 24°C, and the yeast delivered exactly what I was hoping for.

    Right from the first pour, there’s an intense banana aroma that hits the nose – absolutely delightful and true to style. On the palate, that same banana-forward character shines through, giving the beer a smooth, fruity profile that's both refreshing and satisfying.

    If you're aiming for that classic Weizen flavor profile, this yeast is a winner. Great performance, reliable fermentation, and fantastic esters. Highly recommended!
