    Lovely yeast with a lot of pleasant and interesting esters

    Lovely yeast with a lot of pleasant and interesting esters. I used it for an imperial stout and it tore through the 1.100 wort very quickly, flocculated well and produced a very complex, multilayered beer.

    I was also very impressed with WHC customer service, who corrected a minor delivery problem very quickly and efficiently. Thanks team.
